Hello, and congratulations on being a Bronze Pool member.Whether this is your first month, or you have been in the Bronze Pool for a bit, you can certainly consider yourself a shareholder in the success of The Berry Tree.

As a member who will directly benefit from our growth, we wanted to remind you about the timing of when commissions from new members are added to the pools and point out how bright our future looks.

With the new enhanced Comp Plan that was put in place for June, this was the first commission run using that new plan. As you may or may not know, we the new changes stimulated new growth in June and that trend has continued in July. With the new structure, additional training, and promotions adding to growth, we are seeing improvements working side by side to enhance each other.

When new members join as a Free Trial member, if they upgrade during their first month, their commissions are paid through Fast Start and the All Star Bonus Pool.

They do not contribute to the Bonus Pools until the months AFTER they pay into Fast Start.

This is also true if they join as a Free Trial member, and do not upgrade until the end of their Free Trial in their 2nd month - this means those members will not be contributing to the Bonus Pools until their 3rd month.

This means while we have been growing, it can be a month or two before you notice the difference in the Bronze Pool. Also, existing members who saw the amount per member going into the Bronze Pool increase to $5 per member may have assumed that the Bronze Pool would increase that much. What they did not know is that we had already been subsidizing the Bronze Pool to that extent.

That coupled with the new members in the Bronze Pool and it has not risen as much as we would like. We had designed the pools to be a loyalty pool - to reward members who stay with the program and pay them back as long as they stay with us.

We are currently taking steps to make sure that will happen, and will be announcing additional improvements to that end in the next couple of months.

First of all, we are removing additional BMC's from the BNA Advantage Program. There are currently more than enough benefits to provide an incentive to members to upgrade in the program by joining Nutronix and having an AB site.

This will be the last month BNA Advantage members earn additional credits - this will reduce the amount of people qualifying for these pools in 1/2 the time, etc. So those of you who have earned additional credits will get to keep them and are ahead of new members who will only be able to earn them at a regular rate.

With the new enhancements in effect, we have seen immediate growth and a promising building momentum in the right direction.

As a shareholder who will benefit the most from that growth, we hope you see the value of staying with a growing company who is making the changes and growing in the direction to insure you will benefit for years.
