A Boston lawyer has filed a class action lawsuit against search engine giant Google related to what he  alleges that Google committed fraud, business code violations, and unjust enrichment by selling ads that were unlikely to generate conversions.

Shady business practices on Google's part with Adwords and Adsense are going to be their downfall.
