I know at stumbleupon.com you can download their their little gadget that lets you stumble upon websites and this can potentially bring in a lot of traffic if you page ends up being popular. Heres my question.... once you go to your own page and give your page the thumbs up, how do you go about getting lots of other people to see it? Is there some trick to it or is it just random?

If you need to make use of this kind of site such as stumbleupon or digg you need to play active role on their community. Make friend in your niche market. stumble your friend page and they will stumble your page. You want to have in your profile a lot of friend and a lot of people pages. I hope that helps a bit.

I think they are getting more strict on people trying to game the system and I think Google doesn't like SU traffic if you have Adsense on your site.

Can you get banned from SU for stumbling your own sites ? What if I have a blog? can I stumble my articles each one or can I only stumble my main site ?
