I wonder if someone know from where I can get a business database of Dubai, in fact, almost all countries of Middle East. The Database may contain following fields;

Company profile:
Person Name:
Designation:
Email Address:

Phone:
Website:

I know most marketers use Donnelly Data (First Data) but I don't think they cover the Middle East. The data sets mentioned above seem to be reasonably priced but the only concern one might have is that most of the businesses in that area of the world would expect communications in Farsi instead of English.
