Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

I think that you need a total guide on real estate like from the A – Z. There are many online sources that can help you in this…but that should be well sorted. Real estate investing has many features to it like probate real estate which is a less – known but a real good way to make the cash roll. Its an effective way to put your money for the real value.

Good advice Phillips - Buying properties that have been dragged through probate is great especially in Florida and Arizona because you'll find a lot of people who inherit their parents or grandparents condos or properties and are looking to firesale it to get whatever they can.

Another old tip for those interested in buying condos is to look on the condo or developments message boards (usually in laundry rooms or rec center) and look for people trying to do owner to buyer sales without a broker involved. I had a friend who bought every unit in a 12 unit building over a 10 year period based on word of mouth because he was paying full value, no mortgage and no brokers or lawyers involved.

Although a lot of investors think forclosure properties are hot at the moment, the problem is that (at east in Florida) you have to be present at the courthouse steps for the auction.

Well its great to know that you are interested in real estate investing. I know one site which has helped me & my friends a lot. We had found a good investing company that really helped me to plan good investments in Real estate. There are many types of investments and I hope that investing in real estate will be a good option for you.
