I just found this article while reserching the PepperJam network and this maks me think less highly of CJ

Forgive my ignorance but what is Pepperjam Network? Is it like CJ ?

They are both CPA (Cost per action) networks and they share a lot of the same merchants.

I found this article about the conflict between CJ and PJN very enlightening
