Anyone ever use affiliate links in Google adsense or other PPC marketing?  Ive always questioned this because it seems like gambling cause you don't know if you will get a return on investment.  Plus the other thought is if its so profitable, why do they even have a affiliate program, why not just cut out the affiliate middleman and advertise themselves on Google adsense and keep the 15% cut.

Lots of people use Adwords or other PPC engines to market their affiliate links. This is usually done through creating "Landing Pages". The newest thing is keywod arbitrage where an affiliate bids across a range of keywords in a PPC angine and turns the hits towards several landing pages. I've never done this style of marketing myself but I have seem a lot of people claim to have launched many successful campaigns.

I agree with you that it seems like a big gamble.

nothing here for you to see

there are many PPc oppertunities available on net. few of them are real good, they have minimum amount payouts. the give you $.60 for postings in blogs/wiki/forums. i have heard a lot about them, but never got a chance to work on any till now.
if you get something good do tell me.

PPC doesn't really make you any money. I've found that anyone can make more pitching a product or service for a lead commission.
