I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.

I'm new to CJ (I just signed up) and I was looking for forums and blogs with information on using CJ. I found this forum but can anybody recommend me good articles or tutorials on maximizing my returns from using CJ on a website ?

I really haven't found any concise articles, blogs or forums related to setting up and optimizing CJ for publishers. CJ is the type of program that people who are making money with it aren't about togive up their secrets too easily. I'd suggest just experimenting with it for yourself and test some options and see what works for you. Remember, CJ is a CPA affiliate program which means you get paid for fufilled sales not for clicks which makes it a bit more difficult to work with for most people.

That said, essentially, you will need to be driving perspective consumers to commercial sites hoping to make conversions. Keeping that in mind, you should realize that any site you intend to use CJ on should have some sort of consumer appeal. CJ *does not* work well on information sites (such as this forum).
