Our moments of inspiration are not lost though we have no particular poem to show for them; for those experiences have left an indelible impression, and we are ever and anon reminded of them.

I'm starting to see a lot of blogs these days with a "disclosure" statement on their blog.

Is part of some "paid to post" program" that they're required to put it on their blogs or is it just a new trend ?

I was wondering the same thing. I'm now officially a blogger and have my first blog going and I've seen a lot of blogs with the disclosure on it.

Congrats on starting your new blog Dannielle, it looks really nice, I wish you much luck with it. As for the disclosures, I think it's part of the PayPerPost system and they require bloggers in their program to put that on their site. That would explain how Google busted so many of them and reset their Pagerank.

Why does a company like Payperpost require bloggers to put the disclosure on them? After all the negative rap I've heard about Payperpost getting bloggers banned from Google you'd figure they'd find a more discreet way to worktheir system  Angry

Yes, the disclosure is a part of the PayPerPost system. Bloggers are supposed to put it on their blog if they want to take certain offers.

Why does PPP make their bloggers do these type of things that will ruin the bloggers pagerank? If you ask me, they should be more discreet about it. I think the disclosure thing is stupid, you don't see magazines, newspapers or television putting disclosures for advertising.

If I know what is said about this PPP program and Google relationship, will not having its disclosure make a blog have zero pagerank ?
