What browser are you using? I just tried Firefox, IE and Opera and the turing code is showing up. I do see what you're saying about the contact page only having a contact email form for press questions. If you're still having the issue with the image not showing up, you can always call them...

I just called today about my direct deposit information, they're very professional and actually answer the phone. They might be able to hel you that way. |

Hi Dave ..
Thx for responding :)
I use mostly Firefox, but did also try it on IE ... both times, I could not see the turing code. I have java scripts enabled and have tried everything I can think of, but still can't see the turing code ... :: grumble grumble ::
I appreciate the telephone number, but I am deaf ... and I have to use a third party operator to "interpret" for me .. and it's a royal pain in the a$$ and takes forever and is usually fraught with all sorts of obstacles, esp. if there is a voice mail or directory system of sorts ... it's hard to explain, but i get the information via the operator a few beats behind live time ... so it causes us to have to keep redialing someone just to get through or to where I need to be ... hopefully that did not sound as confusing as I wrote it lol
Thanks for your help .. there's a couple of programs I want to affiliate for, but can't complete my dang CJ application b/c of no turing code and no way to really contact them by email ... for all that frustration, it's probably not even worth it ... you'd think they make contacting them online much easier ...

I would say go ahead and contact them through the form they have on the site. Hopefully your request will get routed to somebody who can help you.
If you need somebody to signup a basic account for you, then you can go in and edit the details and change the password, just let me know, i'd be happy to help you. CJ does have some really good programs, particularly their Ebay affiliate program |

Hi Dolphin,
I called my rep at CJ today and she said that you'll need to set your privacy settings to allow cookies and pop-ups from cj.com
She also recommended IE (the dirty browser) to do the signup. You need to change your settings in
Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab
1. click "sites" and in the box that says "address of website" enter cj.com and press "Allow" 2. under Pop-Up blocker, click "settings" and add cj.com in "enter address of website to alow" and press "Add"
That should fix your problems with the captcha image |
