LOL...Im pretty sure it is because he/she is going crazy trying to find referrals to scrape up a few pennies for him/herself..

PTC programs are NOT the way to go...With so many opportunities on the net why should I go around hunting people down in order to pocket a few pennies?? Take a moment to look around on forums like this and Im sure you will find a program that can make you a TON of money... Let me know if anyone has questions along the way to their success!

You can say that again. PTC programs are all pretty much entry level scams. I wouldn't waste my time with them.
