I have my first article publish yesterday on ezinearticles.com and it now appear on over 10 site.

2 have done it correctly by put in the link to my site and I have e-mailed them to thank them. Amazing

7 have ripped it off and changed slightly the words but I cannot contact because they have comment disable and no contact detail. Censored

1 has cut and paste my article and is link it to another author with no link to my site again comment disable and I cannot find any contact detail even with a Who is, however this one is hosted on Hostgator.

What am I to do? Ouch

I guess if you get 2 good links from an article, it's better than nothing. Most of the content stealing is done by splog autobots and you can't do much about it.

These repurposed articles will create no value for them with the new search algorithm. Even thought it sucks for you they get no value out of it.

will the ranking or advantage of the real post and link be diminished with this event?

Content stealing is one of the common thing that happes, however such copied content will not be recognised in Google. It will be shown as copied content.
