| I don't think so that names like you mention leaves a good impression on the results of your post. I think, results in SEO depends upon the quality of your work. You may use any name in social bookmarking but it should be reasonable. |

I think I understand the main part of your question. Let me clarify. Are you talking about getting those domain names or just want to use their services? Well I haven’t personally used them so don’t know for sure. But yes, through targeted plans you can harness a lot of traffic through your social media and manual submissions.
Just analyze the value for money before starting any plan.

| Absolutely you can increase your traffic AND back links by doing social bookmarking. I actually use a social bookmarking tool called Bookmarking Demon, as I believe that social bookmarking is a very important part of building links. |

| I think that it can possible help you a little bit, not much though. I highly doubt that it will hurt you at all, unless it gets your account deleted because the owner or moderators notice what you are doing. |
