I prefer Dreamweaver for web designing and for web development I use PHP Rapid software. Both are awesome software for website development and designing and have many features for easy use.

I will design all my sites in photoshop. i will then code the HTML and CSS in Dreamweaver. I know that a lot of people like to design in the browser and are totally against software such as Photoshop. I just believe that Photoshop gives me more freedom when designing sites.
