I noticed some big sites (Facebook) are using a Meta tag X-Frame-Options in their header.

I did some reading The X-Frame-Options response header and see this tag prevents clickjacking in most modern browsers.

My question is if this tag is important for us to put on our websites ?

Hey while we are on the subject what exactly is click-jacking? This is the first time I heard about it.
