1. F-Zero
2. Super Mario Kart
3. Super Mario All Stars (all the Mario games)
4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Turtles in Time.
5. Contra 3
6. Street Fighter 2
7. NBA Jam
8. Knights of the Round
9. Donkey Kong Country
10. Rock N Roll Racing

I agree most of the games on your list, but Super Mario Kart must be number one.
