Hello..

Just wondering if anyone can tell me something about this game?
My son who is 13 wants to start playing this, and i have no idea what it is,
and if it's suited for a 13 year old boy??

tweedygirl you can find info on Counterstrike here here

Its a rated " M"17 years plus so its a parent decision. Personally i think there are worse games out there Your son could play, let him at em ..

Will read up on it.

I'm not a super strict mom, but not that fund of games like GTA and so, but normally he
plays games like syphon filter, metal gear solid and stuff.
So guess this ain't so bad then...;)

If he plays Syphon Filter and Metal Gear Solid then Counter Strike will be absolutely fine for him in my opinion - it's very much like them in terms of what I would deem acceptable for an age group. He will thoroughly enjoy the game too, can be very immersive gaming.

it's an FPS (first person shooter)... los is right it's a bit 'mature' for a kid, but with proper guidance from you, i don't see any problems with your son playing the game... Cry

Counterstrike is an online first person shooter computer video game. Furthermore it is and has been the most popular first person shooter in history.
The game revolves around two teams, a terrorist unt(t's) and ct's the counter terrorist unit ct's. The counterstrike video game is a culture all by itself, and is perhaps the most competitive video game to ever exist due to it's duration time and competitive league it offers.
It is very addicting so you might as well give him a basketball.
