I have no idea if Twitter ever works. I used to use it only to keep in touch with a friend. But I don't use it anymore.

I stopped using it because everytine I went to login I got the message that Twitter is over capacity.

I think that it can, but I think Facebook is a lot better. Twitter makes it a lot harder for people to find you. I love how you can create Facebook fan pages and even MySpace blogs or bulletins. I don't think I get many fans from Twitter.

i love twitter. it attracts a different group of people than fb which i also use. you can't lose trying it so set up a twitter account, search for followers who are similar, and then put your twitter link on everything you post.
