Digg would be the one who drive you the most traffic but is  hardest to get on a front page where the magic happens.

Reddit is hard to get liked on but harder than Digg and also not so popular as Digg.

SU is good for good traffic at first but little here or there after first stumbled.

Twitter is a good one for traffic for blog articles and new stories.

Myspace and Facebook can also get you traffic but is harder work to find traffic.

I don't think you should focus on only one social network. Use several of them to promote. It's never good to put all your eggs in one basket.

A better question would be, which of them drives the most traffic that converts into sales. Many of the social networking, and social bookmarking, sites deliver hit-and-run visitors that just skim your site content. What you want are targetted and engaged visitors that are there to see content that they have an interest in.

I have been getting a lot of traffic from Twitter recently. Beside Twitter, Stumbeupon is my greatest asset.

Article submission on Ezine and regularly adding on Twitter provides the best traffic for my site so far - although its still early days! Check out socialmarker.com to quickly and easily add your blog/site to social media sites. It takes a while to create accounts first of all but very useful after that.
