facebook does work. keep in mind u need to set up biz pages for your biz. don't use your personal page. then make sure the content is fresh and timely, and never be afraid to defriend or not like someone who likes you.

I agree but it's difficult when de-friending or removing somebody. I guess you just want to think it over good first before doing that if for no other reason but to ensure that you are not fending off other potential followers.

There are lots of new application and settings in facebook nowadays... But sometimes some of the old applications are what i prefer than the new.
