to the usage of SEO strategies, techniques and tactics that focus on a
human audience opposed to search engines and completely follows search
engine rules and policies. For example, a Web site that is SEO
optimized, yet focuses on relevancy and organic ranking is considered
to be optimized using White Hat SEO practices. Some examples of White
Hat SEO techniques include using keywords and keyword analysis,
backlinking, link building to improve link popularity, and writing
content for human readers White Hat SEO is more frequently used by
those who intend to make a long-term investment on their Web site.

Good content is part of it.

You also need to:

-Create quality content that you update on a regular basis.

-Create well placed backlinks.

-Use good keywords and keyword phrases within your content.

It is very important to do white hat seo. Just choose a particular keyword and use it in your unique contents maximum 3 time not more if you use more it would be black hat so be care about this. Create quality back links manually. Thanks.

You can do white hat seo by posting quality, and original contents with a particular keyword but remember that use your keyword maximum 3 times in 100 words paragraphs otherwise it will be black hat. Create quality back link with following all seo rules. Thanks.

If you want to get a backlinks with the white hat techniques then use the ethical ways of promotion & don't spam anywhere.

You have to use link building techniques for getting quality & niche backlinks for your website
