i think internal links are those links, when you connect website one page to another it calls internal links ,and you can do it by giving your previous post link in another post,like in mostly websites post there are one or tow links related to that post ,it is very beneficial for any website but not too much by doing this it will help you to get pr ...internal links play major role in seo ...........

Inner Linking is just backlinks within your own site, leading to your other pages. A blogroll is a perfect example of that, it displays on all pages in a widget and provides an anchor text link, description, and possible rating.
