All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership.

5% is a little high. You might want to stay around 2 1/2%. Don't forget, humans are supposed to read, search engine reading is secondary. If it reads well for humans the Google search engine is going to love it.

hi,
here is a good tool below
webmaster-toolkit[dot]com/keyword-analysis-tool[dot]shtml

also how well a keyword is

freekeywords[dot]wordtracker[dot]com/gtrends/

and to increase keyword density you should follow my advices

keywords in meta tags ,title,,keywords, and description

then if u use css rename classes or ids and add your keywords in it

now come to body section

upper section
you need at least 5 keywords repetition

you can use then in img names like yourkeywords.jpg you can use as css class name in div..you can specify alt text for img ..you can link to a sub page and anchored with that keyword

middle section
alteast 5 keywords repetition and all other method i specify in upper section

lower section

atleast 10 keywords repetition

and now give atleast 5 footer link with anchored text as keyword

try to put keyword in url as well

good luck
