There are a lot of ways you can increase your traffic and PR

1. submit to directories and search engines
2. join social networks
3. post comments on blogs
4. join forums and put your link in your signature
5. buy PPC advertising

As rule good SEO takes a lot of time and efforts. And if you are busy men I would recommend you having a look at seo firms. Doityourself method is good but as rule that is time wasting
