I just use a Google query to find dofollow blogs.

For example, if you want to find baseball blogs...

+"U Comment”" +"i follow" +baseball

or if you want blogs about money...

+"U Comment”" +"i follow" +money

I used that one a while back but the thing is all of the dofollow blog finders use search queries. You just have to experiment a bit with the queries.
