| That's common in the corporate world. Real Estate can be used as a tax write-off in a variety of ways fro corporate investors. If you look at any major vacation area in the US, many corporations own large executive homes they use for vacation perks for executives. A lot of it can be written off as business expenses. Plus, they can toss in some operational expenses as well. |

| Real estate is one of the booming industry in the world, in the developing countries like India, Malaysia and Thailand its growth is too much high and many of the peoples are making huge income by investing in real estate, this is the reason that Google also want to become no. 1 in real estate. |
