Hello and Greatings, I made this account so I could start earning money. My GOAL is to become sucsessfull real estate investor and handling some investments in general. But the biggest problem is that I don’t know where/how to begin. What I need now is some guidance and a push.
I would like to be a part of this community: to give and receive help and information.
Information I need:
1.Where to start?,
2.Do u need to have start budget/whats a good start budget?
3.Whats the best Books,Blogs,Websites,Magazines,Movies,Conventions, ect ect for us to watch or join in?.

if you want to be a real estate investor ,you need to have a lot of cash.
the budget depends your community, for example:
in my area. one family house need to cost at least $550,000. 2 families need to cost $800,000.
I don't know what kind of investor you want to be, some investor buy houses that have potentials and sell them few years later,
some investors buy a land to build a house and then sell it out.
you may want to consult a real estate agent , tell them what do you want to do and ask them how. |
