Here are my top 10 real estate sites

1. Real-estate-law.freeadvice.com (because you can have legal guidance if your deals have funny stuff happen)
2. RealEstateForum.com (networking opportunities and some good info. / named it to kiss up just kidding)
3. PropertyShark.com (Sometimes it can be good for getting tax percentage rate data along with a place to direct people asking for comps and hell bent on looking them up themselves)
4. GoogleBase(Good spot for posting listings)
5. HomePages.com (I like the airial views of property)
6. SchoolMatters.com (Nice place to get and send people to get ratings on schools)
7. Homeplans.com
8. LetsRenovate.com
9. trulia.com(good networking site and another place to post listings for free)
10. zillow.com (even though zestimator is off the rest of the site is cool)

Zillow.com has been very popular for some time now. I gues the main site we all use is realtor.com but that goes without mentioning.

All good site I suppose. They are smart. Sites like Trulia and Zillow will let you post your listings for free, but then they turn around and charge if you want to be highlighted on their sites. I doen't make sense to me. The only product they have is what agents and brokers are freely giving them.
