Does anyone have this Paypal debit card? I would like to order one but can't find if it is available outside the US.

How are the fees on it? Does it work like normal bank debit card?

Yes, it's a ordinary debit card except it's not attached to your bank account, it's attached to your paypal account.

I have the PayPal debit card. Not quite sure if its available internationally. However, the fees is pretty low. $1.00 to withdraw from the ATM is all I pay. Try and research PayPal.com and see if you can find anything else on it in the Knowledgebase.
