If you're getting up and running with a mobile version of your website and you want to make it easy for mobile users to call you directly from your webpage, you need a "Click to Call Link"

This is so simple to do, using standard html markup, you can do this ...

Code:
<a href=”tel:8005551212?>Click HERE to Call: 800-555-1212</a>

and your mobile web visitors get a link they can click to dial your phone number.

It works with most standard smartphones and can be ab excellent tool for localized business owners who want calls from customers.
