I have an idea for an iPhone app but my programming skills are limited to some html and a bit of php so there's no way I could create an iPhone app.

What I'm looking for is someone to create the app for me but it has to be cost effective but I'm not even sure where cost starts.

Has anyone here worked with an iPhone developer and what is a basic estimate of what it will cost to get a simple apps done ?
