Don't get me wrong, I like Market Leverage a lot but one thing that irks me is when and advertiser deactivates, the banners will still show but if somebody clicks on one, ML will show a page with "similar offers" to my visitors and when they click on those ads and make a purchase, I get no credit.

IMHO, ML sould handle it like other networks and don't show the banner for people to click on. It's not right takng commissions from publishers when they are delivering the clicks.
