I have applied to ML to be a publisher. How long until they tell me if I am approve or not?

I think I heard back within 24-48 hours.

You can always give them a call, the number is listed right on the top of the site 1-888-653-8372. They activate your account via phone so if you have your phone turned off or gave a fake phone number, they probably can't get in touch with you so you should get in touch with them.
