I'm getting so much blog spam on my Wordpress blogs that the IP address redirects back to ubiquityservers.com and nobistech.net

I think they are the same company.

The IP blocks they are hitting me from are :

173.208.x.x
173.234.x.x

UUUUGH banghead

I finally blocked them by adding this to my .htaccess file before the Wordpress redirection

allow from all

Is there any potential problems doing the block of ubiquityservers.com spammer bots this way ?
