i think you should not trust this freehost better get a monthly basis host sometimes these free host will get shut down without notifying you of their action

I still use blogger as well as my hosted wordpress blogs. Give yourself some free backlinking love with free blogs you dont have to rewrite articles for it just take a the first paragraph of your blog post it on a free blog platform like blogger ( Google owns blogger so you also get seo love) with a redirect to your blog for some backlink love.
