Add a Plugins named Akismet.
You can open account at Wordpress.com to get a free Blog,then you will received a Akismet API Key,use this Key

Akismet is only free for non-business personal blogs. If you have ads on your site it's minimum $5 bucks per month with no way around that.

There's another Wordpress plugin that I like to use called WP-Ban. You can ban specific URLs and also use wild cards to ban a range of urls which is very handy if you want to ban all comments from countries notorious for spam.
