Okay... I'm sort of confused. My blog has to be about a certain product or service? It can't be just about anything?

Your blog CAN be about ANYTHING........but the content has to be high quality and frequently updated.

For example I intend to make a blog about the Chicago Bears soon because I am passionate about them and know a ton and would enjoy writing about them on a daily basis. My sole revenue will be through affiliate links and advertisements (all Bears related).

In order to generate significant income I will be striving for 5,000-10,000 visitors per day. (It will probably take a couple of year of solid daily blogging and some great content and features)

I think it takes years to build up a following like that, and many of them started out before vlogging became popular. I think vlogging is an easier way to build up followers.
