| some blogs can get pagerank quickly if they are in a large niche. and they can get a lot of backlinks by writing good articles. blogs in a small niche have trouble getting links and their pagerank in lower. |

| I agree. Page ranks fluctuate from time to time. Just keep on adding good content and links and it should move up. |

| I have to agree with many of the replys, I wouldn't worry too much that their ranks are different. Google has been doing some very interesting stuff lately, especially when it comes to page rank. I'd give it time... |

| I have not seen mine shifting lower than my current one but I hope it wont. I would rather say, however, that PR is important thereby disagreeing with what bistones just said. |

| you have to make your contents original because google could have an algorithm that can tracck duplicate contents. |

There are many competition in blogging world so we cannot expect to be in a number 1 rank always and we,bloggers want to all in that rank so we do our best to meet our expectation.
