And also I am one of the seo beginner.

I just start 3 blogs on different health topics.

Have you tried these :

1.) add your blog to blog directories
2.) add your blog to technorati
3.) bookmarke your blog to social sites
4.) add the Entrecard widget to your site
5.) use Stumblupon

These are the fastest ways to promote your blog

Few more tips to add:
-Write more content. If you want quality traffic, you've got to write content. People will not visit your site if you don't write a decent amount of good quality content, and new visitors definitely won't come back. So keep writing great posts.
-Join MyBlogLog, Blog Catalog, add friends, and join communities.
-Answer the question in Yahoo! Answer and put resource link to your site, be active.
-Use a ping service like pingomatic to ping RSS aggregators.
-Add a tell-a-friend script or plug-in to your posts.
-Submit your site into High PR Directory Submission.
-Submit your Article to Social Bookmarking sites.

Writing quality content (fresh, interesting, unique) together with creating quality of inbound links (article submission, social bookmarking, blog commenting, etc) helps your blog get higher rankings.

Some webmasters forums have special places where you can announce your blog, do that.
Also, comment on other blogs, create Facebook and Twitter accounts and more than all: content is the king, use it at maximum.

Update your blogs regularly and try to use clever blog title to make use of it! Don't make your blog looks like spam with lots of anchor texts. Promote them as normal sites! Good luck!!
