I would be pleased to hear from anyone who has setup a US business entity - Company or LLC - and how much it cost you, and who you used.

Also, in retrospect was it worth the money/time?

As I see it the decisions are to;

- Creat company or LLC
- Get a freephone number
- Get a US street address

...or not of course!
