Some of them, like writing down feelings, can help you release tension and begin the thinking process at the same time.
2. They help you manage anger in general. What if there’s no immediate problem to solve — you simply need to shift into a better mood? Sometimes when you’re angry, you just need to stop dwelling on how mad you are.

Just walk away from the scene & try your best to calm down & control your anger.
this a yoga trick...... avoid breathing in + breath out what air is left inside... after sometime Ur will automatically start in-taking air but push it out again.....
I would take deep breaths and leave the spot to calm down myself. Then go to my close friends or my parents to ask for advice. This really helps to avoid things going worse.
