well.. I always go to dentist every 1-2 months. and I think there is some dirty things that is hard to be cleaned up by only brush your teeth. so, you have to go to dentist to clean it up.. I go to the dentist every 6 month, but apart from brushing my teeth I also use dental floss and interdental brush, which is really helpfull. I think going to the dentist once a month is a little too much for me... Every 6 mths is good enough & you need to get the hygienist to clean them thoroughly but I go to my dentist every year as it is costly but I make sure I use listerine everyday after brushing & flossing as listerine will kill off the bacteria & help to prevent plaque from accumulating around your teeth.
me too... i also use Listerine to keep my teeth safe,,, |

Strong teeth are a blessing and it is very important to take proper care of teeth so as to be sure you can enjoy hard food items even in your old age.. Ensure you are not lacking minerals like calcium and fluoride.Proper and daily brushing ensure strong teeth.Eat Balanced diet..Don’t forget to see your dentist for a regular dental checkup every 6 months. Most of the dental problems do not turn painful or visible until they become highly advanced. So if you regularly undergo periodic dental checkup you can detect problems at the early stage and can always keep your teeth in a healthy state. |

| Personally, I am slightly obsessive compulsive when it comes to taking care of my teeth. After seeing people with dentures, people with disgustingly yellow, chipped and cavity-filled teeth, I've always been one to obsess over keeping my teeth clean. so I brush my teeth two times daily. I only floss about once a week. |
