| I totally agree that a healthy died and some fitness could help u to maintain a healthy life, but my question is: how much time should we spend on fitness every day? is 5 minutes/day a reasonable amount of time? |

| Unfortunately, lately I've been using my car very often so I don't get to walk too much anymore... The only way I exercise this day is just dancing around the house. But I think I'll try to make some time to go running in the evening- althoug I hate it-, because it's summer and I want to be able to wear skirts without any kind of problem. |
