Hi dear, Here are some foods for fitness.
Fresh fruits specially apple, citric fruits, orange, grapefruit, and banana and melon. Raw vegetables especially broccoli, pumpkin, turnip, carrot, and cucumber. Green beans. Nuts. Green tea. and fish oil. |

Well according to my opinion if you adopt Proper eating habits, it can change your life. If you want to remain healthy and live longer have lovely looking hair, skin and nails you need to eat a healthy diet. A healthy eating regime will project you against health problems and improve the way your body functions. This will help you feel better within yourself.

| Well You really should try to eat some fruits and vegetables. If you can't eat fruits and vegetables maybe you should consider taking some kind of natural supplement to help. But I will suggest to eat natural supplements. |
