I think this folder is important if we are interested in our health which I'm sure everyone is.
It's no good making so much money if we're neglecting our health. IMO, health goes with wealth.

It is important we include the right types of food in our everyday diet, eg. we should include 5-10 servings of fruits & vegetables in our diet daily, ensuring we get enough antioxidants in our diet, fighting
against the free radicals which are nasty leading to many diseases.

I can talk about nutrition for ages as I wrote a book on it & if anyone is interested you can visit the site.

Besides nutrition, we need to do the regular exercises to keep fit as this will affect our health. I've talked about this in my blog. Please see my signature if you want to visit the site.

I echo the same point as your viewpoint. I find diet a very important part in maintaining good health because you are what you eat. Nowadays teens just gobble snacks like no one's business, eat at fast food outlets daily. And the obesity rate is alarming as well. It's so worrying. At least my family makes it a point to include fruits and veggies everyday and I always keep my weight at the acceptable level.

btw, st has a link in her signature to a book she's written  "Healthy Eating to Combat Diseass" (yes, she's a world famous author in addition to being our beloved mod).

Thanks very much Dave. It's been very nice & pleasant to work for you & that's why I find it very hard
to retire from this great & favourite forum. I'm not a famous author but my neighbour has organised a
session asking her friends to gather at her house wanting me to talk about my book. I feel nervous
about it but I feel I got to do it as I really want to pass my nutrition knowledge to as many people
as possible helping others to keep young & healthy.

You know "book signings" are relatively easy to coordinate with book stores and are the best way to get out and meet the public and generate interest in your book. There's no need to be nervous bout it, just be yourself and you'll end up having fun doing it.

A friend of mine, Tom Swicegood who was self-publishing his book "Von Cosel" (Link here) and I went along with him as support on his first book signings in Key West. He's 74 years old and generally a very talkative person but he was nervous at the first WaldenBooks store signing, but once he got into chatting with the people about the book, he was addicted it. He's currently writing a "Harry Potter" style childrens book series right now and I get to be his guinea pig and read his books before anybody else.

I'm sure you'll do fine !!!

This book is all about healthy eating to combat diseases like cancer, obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, hypertension and much more. It tries to educate people and enable them to choose the right types of
foods in everyday diets in order to stay healthy and young.

I already look it "trafford.com" i try to know it more and i found i can buy the book, but the problem i must have credit cards to verify it.
I already cut my cards with scissors few weeks ago coz i mad with the bank holders i discuss it for the long time with them, i must pay some transaction i never made before so when i contact my relations, they all suggest me to cut the cards  Mistake the interest still running
Untill now we don't have the best solutions, i won't pay it. Said will check my problem but have slow response.
So i hard to buy it if i must verify it with my credit cards, i have bad experience using credit cards.
Maybe my credit cards got hijack, i want to change to other more secure credit cards.
After that maybe i'll plan to buy your book, look nice book  King
I have lot book too about nutrition and healthy, so maybe it will great if i have your book too  Smiley
