I think If you are thin and out of fitness and want to gain the weight of the body than you must use the whey protein and phentermine. Both are the good supplements to gain the weight and also useful to build the body muscles.
For losing the weight you should do exercises regularly for a fixed period and take diet foods. Avoid more cholesterol and fatty foods. Green tea and grapefruit juice also play an important role in weight loss.
This is always a great topic of discussion. I'm not a big fan of using pills to lose weight. They're expensive and probably won't work anyway. Simply keep your fat grams to a minimum and get 20 minutes of walking in 3-4 days a week, and you'll start to shed some pounds.
