Voted. I suggest "early morning", which is when your muscles will be lazy and in need of flexibility

You could exercise anytime and whenever you can without actually sitting down to exercise. For example you can Sneak in exercise during your workday by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, taking walk breaks, parking as far away from your workplace as possible, and eating five small healthy meals a day (breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner).

The best time to exercise for performance is around 6 pm, according to research on lung function, body rhythms, temperature, and hormone levels. The majority of people who exercise consistently do so early in the day. It is easier to form the exercise habit through morning exercise. Improves your mental acuity for hours.  The body adjusts to your exercise time, so if you are training for a morning sports event, train in the morning.
