How do you do code4gold.com?.. It's pitty, but I'am fat a little:) I wanted to start a new diet those evening, and when I search for it i found this low carb diet food list ebook... than I read about this diet on another sites and it looks to be tre.. why i'amk here? - cause I visit your site those morning and saw a theme about diets, but I can't find it now.. emm.. sorry for bad poszt..
I want just to know is it true that I can lose weight a little quick & for a for a year with this free 3 day diet plan or another diet..
oh.. please tell that it's true... thank you very much & have anyone a story or best diet plan  like this, the main question is how to loss weight quickly without trainings?

3 days diet or 2 weeks diet plans won't help you mate. Locate some good coach for you regarding weight-reducing exercises. Look out for some good physician, explain the exercises you're doing, get the diet sheet from him. Follow and reduce your weight.

Its very useful for getting of the pounds quickly, but some people have reported gaining it back when going back to a normal lifestyle. You need to make a complete lifetime change in your eating for it to be effective, plus theres speculation about its health risks. Just walk 2 miles a day or so.

i don't think that crash dieting is the way to go... it's healthier to loose that extra weight little by little and over a longer span of time... with choosing a diet plan, i chanced upon a site that does reviews on different diet plans... there are loads of plans out there and to find one that truly suits you, you better check out several plan's and decide for yourself which one works for you... good luck...

i strongly advise you to take only fiber foods or oatmeal for dinner nothing else. My friend told me that it helped him a lot when he was trying to shed some fat.

Low carb diet means a protein  and fat diet which leads to constipation and heart problems

In order to get rid from the overweight we must use the low carb diet.
As well as we should also drink fresh juices and do the exercise regularly.

One of the best diet plans I've ever heard of is Weight Watchers.  Plenty of people claims to have a lot of success with it.  Maybe ask your physician what would be the best diet plan for you.
