| 3 days diet or 2 weeks diet plans won't help you mate. Locate some good coach for you regarding weight-reducing exercises. Look out for some good physician, explain the exercises you're doing, get the diet sheet from him. Follow and reduce your weight. |

i don't think that crash dieting is the way to go... it's healthier to loose that extra weight little by little and over a longer span of time... with choosing a diet plan, i chanced upon a site that does reviews on different diet plans... there are loads of plans out there and to find one that truly suits you, you better check out several plan's and decide for yourself which one works for you... good luck...

| i strongly advise you to take only fiber foods or oatmeal for dinner nothing else. My friend told me that it helped him a lot when he was trying to shed some fat. |
