Hmm recently I have lost 2 kg within 2 days... That's because I've fallen ill and spend half of the day vomitting everything that I've eaten and drunk.. So yeah that's why.

Swimming is also a good form of exercise to control weight but you still have to control the quality &
quantity of food that you eat.

I think you don't have to swim everyday.  once or twice a week it's enough. And don't swim only 1 round. it's too less..  Shocked  you can swim about 10 laps..  Cheer

i minimize my food consume.... regularly but then if i go out for some lunch or dinner... i eat a lot, a very lot LOL

Does it work that if we don't want to do many exercise, so we eat less than other people who always take exercise?

You know exercise doesn't need to be hard. Walking for at least half an hour everyday is still a good
form of exercise & belly dancing is another one. These are very gentle exercises. You need some
form of exercise besides controlling your diet.
