I use the famfamfam and drunky Love icon sets a lot

Fam Fam Fam (www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/)
Drunky Love (http://www.el73.be/drunkey-love/downloads)

Glyph Lab are also nice but a bit larger than the two sets above.
